In this project I spent most of my time actually creating the object, which was the dolphin. I spent a lot of time building it this delayed my process. Once I had to project, I had no experience using Arena and each time I tried I kept having issues and didn't understand how to map the animation onto the object, and later had issues mapping the dolphin while the projection was on. After a lot of trial and error I finally understood how to use the projector as the second screen but at the same time be able to edit the masks to actually project directly onto the dolphin and not have it also project onto the wall behind it. Once I figured out the masking steps especially after seeing the difference in the input and output I finally was able to fully spend the time and map each arc and point of the dolphin. Unfortunately a couple areas I couldn't get perfect including the dolphins nose and fins, but I then found you can add multiple points and adjust them in lines so I was able really dive into mapping. It definitely was difficult at times during the mapping because I used my wallet to raise the projector and when I had to leave I had to take me wallet with me and this caused me to need to repeat the entire process. Luckily at this time I knew what I was doing but I definitely learned how to use Arena and do projection installation on this project.
